By accessing or using Voyara, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Voyara is a post-booking operations platform for independent travel advisors. It provides tools for managing proposals, itineraries, client communications, trip monitoring, and client portals. Voyara is not a booking engine and does not process travel reservations directly.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Voyara only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the platform to store, transmit, or distribute any content that violates applicable laws or infringes on third-party rights.

5. Client Data

You retain ownership of all client data you enter into Voyara. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before entering their personal information, including passport numbers and travel documents. You must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including TCPA requirements for SMS communications.

6. Subscription & Billing

Voyara offers subscription-based plans billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Voyara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.
